Infidelity can be a deal-breaker in long-term relationships, obviously, but so can attending weddings. In Carolyn Hax's Washington Post advice column, one reader writes in to say how she and her longtime boyfriend always end up getting in drunken arguments when attending weddings together. The reader chalks such testiness up to her impatience with her beau's marital feet-dragging, but Hax sees things differently, writing: "Couples of long-enough standing who are suited to each other and mature enough to enter into a declared commitment to each other tend to do just that, so when they don’t, it usually means they’re not suited to each other, not mature enough, or some blend of both."
Call me crazy, but hasn't there been a movie about this? I think it's called: "HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU." Or something like that. Or actually... I think it's "The Life of Chris Kelly." Hey, live and learn. And check out her entire column below ... it's good stuff.
